United Recovery Project provides a full continuum of care for substance abuse rehabilitation and a residential program for mental health. We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare finance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, and a passion for supporting behavioral health and substance abuse treatment services. This individual must demonstrate integrity, strong analytical capabilities, and executive presence, with the ability to manage complex financial systems and lead a growing finance team. Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer:

Lead and manage all aspects of the financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, audits, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial planning and risk management
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation across all departments
Maintain and strengthen banking and vendor relationships
Provide financial leadership for expansion initiatives, including M&A evaluations and capital planning
Present financial performance reports to the board of directors and executive stakeholders
