Description

Job Title: Vice President of Regional Operations
Location: Hybrid – Based in Naperville, IL (with occasional travel across assigned state)
Position Summary:
The Vice President of Regional Operations is responsible for overseeing clinical execution and operational efficiency across skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and home-based care teams within an assigned state. This individual plays a vital role in supporting clinical teams, ensuring seamless transitions of care, and driving outcomes for complex wound care patients. The role requires a proactive, results-driven leader with strong collaboration and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Oversight
Lead, develop, and manage Nurse Administrators and home care providers.
Partner with Medical Directors to ensure clinical processes are effective and progressing efficiently.
Support Medical Directors by removing administrative and operational barriers.
Clinical Coordination
Ensure clinical work is being executed according to best practices and standards.
Coordinate and oversee discharge handoffs from SNF teams to Home Teams to ensure continuity of care.
Operational Execution
Drive the advancement of clinical and operational priorities for high acuity wound care patients in SNFs.
Identify and resolve operational roadblocks to support field teams.
Be a reliable executor — take initiative and follow through to completion with minimal oversight.
Travel & Coverage
Serve as the regional executive for an assigned state, with periodic travel to sites as needed.
