What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Communications Director or Manager to lead and execute our communications and narrative strategy. In this role, you will:

Develop and drive organization-wide communications strategy
Oversee messaging across campaigns, policy, organizing, and civic engagement
Lead digital, media, and rapid-response communications efforts
Manage and support communications staff and collaborators
Strengthen systems, workflows, and cross-team alignment
Build relationships with media, partners, and community stakeholders
Where You’ll Work
This is a full-time, in-person role, ideally based in New Orleans, LA (candidates in Baton Rouge or Lafayette will be considered), with travel across chapters as needed.

Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 + full benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement match, PTO, holidays).
